Learn about new cosmetic surgery techniques and trends on April 12 with a social at 5:30 p.m., followed by a presentation from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Gritman Medical Center Conference Center, 700 South Main Street in Moscow.

Leading the presentation is Dr. Geoff Stiller, who recently returned to the area and Palouse Surgeons. Dr. Stiller originally joined Palouse Surgeons in 2005, performing general surgery until 2008, when he began fellowship training in cosmetic surgery. He now divides his time evenly between cosmetic surgery and general surgery.

The most common cosmetic surgeries are breast enhancement, liposuction, tummy tucks and facelifts, Dr. Stiller says. He also provides Botox and fillers but his main focus is surgical. All procedures are typically done on an outpatient basis.

The catered social from 5:30 to 6 p.m. will include healthy appetizers and beverages provided by Camas Prairie Winery.
