Gritman Back to School Drive underway
MOSCOW, Idaho— The 25th Annual Back to School Supply Drive, sponsored by Gritman Medical Center and the Gritman Junior Volunteers, is underway.
School supplies will be distributed to families qualified by area schools. Those in need of supplies should contact their school administration office for a request form. This drive benefits students in Latah County who are not able to participate in Stuff the Bus.
To participate in the Back to School Supply Drive, look for drop boxes located at Gritman Medical Center, the Palouse Mall, and Latah County Libraries in Bovill, Deary, Genesee, Juliaetta, Potlatch, and Troy. Choose a tag to fill and return the selected school supplies to the drop box at the same location. The drive ends on Friday, August 11.
Checks can be mailed to Gritman Volunteer Services at 700 S. Main, Moscow, ID 83843. For more information, call 208-883-6231.
The Gritman Junior Volunteer program allows teens to experience work in a hospital setting while learning new skills, building character and giving back to the community. To learn more about the Junior Volunteer Program, call 208-883-6231 or visit
